Nadine Hare bio
I am a medical and design anthropologist. My work focuses on helping organizations embed anthropological approaches and participatory research into their work. I am the co-founder of co-being design, a design mentoring firm focused on supporting public health-care organizations. I serve as an Innovation Fellow at Women’s College Hospital (WCH). At OCAD University, I teach designers how to meaningfully understand the people they are designing for, and at the University of Toronto I teach anthropologists how to translate their skills into the applied world of design and UX. I previously worked as a consultant for corporate health-care clients.
